Second to delicious bon bons, people who visit my store come for a cup of our famous hot chocolate. It tastes like a melted chocolate bar—it is that rich and creamy. I never use cocoa powder. This is real chocolate to drink and it is very addictive too, so I created a great home blend for those who want it all the time. .
To get my hot chocolate very frothy, I aerate it in this chocolate jug. Use the frothing device by pumping it up and down makes a big difference versus just stirring your drink.
It makes it thicker and it just tastes different—much, much more rich. You can either do it one of three ways:

- Put good melted chocolate on the bottom, pour in hot milk and mix in the jug.
- Pour in 1 cup of my hot chocolate mix, 2 cups of hot milk and mix in the jug.
- Or mix the hot chocolate outside of the jug and pour it into the chocolatier to aerate.
