Weight Watchers Cheese Fries

Ingredients

    • 2 large idaho potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch thick strips
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt ( to taste)
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper ( to taste)
    • 1/2 cup shredded low-fat sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray,.
  3. Arrange potatoes on prepared baking sheet.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake 20 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook until golden brown and fork tender (about another 20 mins).
  7. Cluster potatoes together on baking sheet and sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
  9. Yields 1/4 of fries per serving.
  10. 4 points plus per serving.
