Directions

  1. Preheat grill or broiler.
  2. Coat chicken with olive oil spray and grill for 7 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
  3. Place chicken on greens and garnish with tomatoes and cheese.
  4. Drizzle low-carb dressing of your choice over salad and serve.
